Welcome to https://sklivestock.net, also referred to as “we”, “us” or “S.K Livestock”. S.K Livestock is an online digital marketplace for the sale and purchase of livestock and livestock-related products.

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “User Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Purpose of the App

• Allow farmers and sellers to list livestock
• Enable buyers to search, contact sellers, and negotiate

S.K Livestock only provides a digital platform. We are not a buyer, seller, broker, or a party to any transaction between users.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older (or use under adult supervision)
• Accurate registration information is required
• Users are responsible for account security

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide true and accurate information
• Only list animals legally owned and permitted to sell in Pakistan
• Comply with livestock, welfare, transport, and trade laws
• Avoid fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or illegal content
• Do not impersonate others or misuse the platform

4. Listings & Transactions

All negotiations and transactions occur directly between users. We do not verify animal condition, ownership, health, pricing, or legality.

S.K Livestock is not liable for disputes, fraud, losses, or damages arising from user interactions.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

Listing data such as contact details, animal information, pricing, media, and farm details may be visible to other users.

Aggregated or non-identifiable data may be used for analytics, platform improvement, market insights, and internal business operations.

6. Fees & Payments

If paid services are introduced, users will be informed in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software are the intellectual property of S.K Livestock and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Uploading offensive, abusive, or harmful content
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated systems
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Uploading malware or harmful code

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, misuse, or legal requirements.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as-is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, S.K Livestock is not liable for losses, damages, fraud, or transaction outcomes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction.
